Hi, My name is Lamar(waving at the screen). I’m a professional traveling photographer currently located in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Like many people, I found myself working in an office dreaming of a more fulfilling life. Counting down the days until my next vacation so I could breathe and “feel” free. Seven years ago, I traveled to Ios, which is a small island located in Greece. It was my first vacation outside of the United States and I happened to meet some great locals.

One of them asked me a question that would alter my mindset forever! They asked, “Why do you Americans work so long and hard that you don’t get to enjoy life? That question left me speechless but also set me on a mission to design a life that I would truly enjoy; not tolerate. At that moment, I decided I would never choose a life that I needed a vacation from. That moment is also when I realized when life’s done right, there’s NOVACAYNEEDED!
